Jason Ramsey is a Claim Attorney for the Passenger division for National Interstate Insurance Company, a Northeast Ohio-based leading specialty property and casualty insurance company offering more than 30 different insurance products, including traditional insurance, innovative alternative risk transfer (ART) programs for commercial companies and insurance for specialty vehicle owners. Jason joined National Interstate in 2016.

He is responsible for the active file management of Passenger Transportation claims, with an emphasis on high exposure files, such as fatalities and catastrophic injuries. Prior to joining National Interstate, Jason worked as an associate attorney for several years at Roetzel & Andress, a civil defense firm based in Akron, Ohio. His practice primarily focused on insurance defense litigation in a variety of areas including
transportation, productions liability, general liability defense, and appellate work.

Jason is a graduate of Ohio Wesleyan University having received Bachelor of Arts degrees in History and Politics before going on to  receive his Juris Doctorate from Ohio Northern University. He is licensed to practice in the state of Ohio, Northern District of Ohio and Southern District of Ohio.
