Management Track

11:15 AM to 12:15 PM

“One Day at a Time” – emerging from the fallout of COVID-19 will be the industry’s greatest challenge since the economic fallout of September 11. Managing customers, creditors, drivers, and maintenance will require exceptional knowledge, skills, and determination as you navigate the return to profitability. This session will help you develop a workable approach.

2:00 PM to 3:00 PM

Flip or Fly” – business was great before the pandemic and you had plans to grow, acquire or maybe even retire. Now you are rebuilding. Is it time to sell, buy, merge, or just throw in the towel? This session explores your opportunities and alternatives and sets out a rational thought process to help you choose a path forward.

Marketing Track

11:15 AM to 12:15 PM

“What Prospective Customers Really Want” – as sales begin to return, we have a unique opportunity to reprogram our company’s marketing efforts by focusing on what the marketplace really wants and how you can go about meeting market demands.

Operations

2:00 PM to 3:00 PM

“Efficiency is King…” – …and it always has been. Managing drivers, dispatch, safety, regulatory compliance, and equipment maintenance are the core of bus and motorcoach operations. With a reduced staff and savvy competitors, the requirement to accomplish all these tasks efficiently may determine your ability to compete in the marketplace. This session is designed to help you adopt fresh approaches to decreasing manpower while increasing efficiency.
